Singer Songwriter, Recording Artist, musician, & Producer

Weston Ripps is a professional singer songwriter from Castroville, Texas.  His early music career was spent at the front of the stage, behind the drum kit, as the front man for the funk-rock group, Jumping Monks.  After two full length albums and touring around Texas, Weston spent time writing  and producing songs for TV, ads, and Film.  Some of his songs can be heard on network shows such as MTV, Audience Network, Paramount, and Showtime.  Notably, you can hear one of Weston's rock n' roll tunes on four different episodes of the the hit TV show, Shameless.  

Weston has opened for various national and Texas touring acts.  In the 2000s his band opened for Bowling For Soup, Vanilla Ice, Tone Loc, REHAB, Eyes Adrift (Krist Novoselic of Nirvana), and many more when playing on Vans Warped Tour in 2003.  More recently, Weston has shared the stage and opened for Jamie Lin Wilson, Wade Bowen, William Beckmann, and Kyle Park.   

Weston is currently gearing up to release a new full length album and preparing to push his tunes through Texas regional radio and tours.
